FILING A DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

    • If multiple works, provide a representative list

    • Sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material
  2. Good Faith Statement:
    • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
  3. Accuracy Statement:
    • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
    • Under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  4. Signature:
    • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  4. Consent to jurisdiction statement
  5. Your signature

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

The Linux Club will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.

MISREPRESENTATION WARNING

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly make material misrepresentations in a takedown notice.
